DESCRIPTION
Role within Department: IT Technician, Website Developer and Social Media Coordinator

Job Duties: Provide all of the duties and responsibilities associated with the position and how they relate to the above purpose/role.

  • Provide IT support and training for office staff
  • Design and update SOND website
  • Assist with IT support at events, as needed
  • Manage Social Media (to include Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to market all events and promote Special Olympics
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with web design software and previous experience designing a website
  • Knowledgeable about computer hardware, software and networks
  • Knowledgeable in areas of social media and marketing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Self-starter
  • Organized
LOCATION
The Information Technology Coordinator (Intern) will work from the Special Olympics North Dakota headquarters in Grand Forks, ND
